Apex Companies is a real estate development company located in Greenville, South Carolina, was founded in 2004.  Since that time Apex has developed numerous residential and commercial projects throughout the southeast.  Currently Apex is focused on the development of senior care assets.  We work with qualified senior care operators and provide turn-key development, construction and capital to the operator in a build-to-suit lease-back arrangement.  Our team of professionals offers the senior care operator the ability to grow by leveraging our capital and services, while protecting the operator’s design, facility operations and ultimate ability of the operator to own the asset.
